Why do I need to enter my credit card information to support an auction or pledge fundraiser?
When you participate in an auction or pledge-based fundraiser, you will be asked to enter your payment information into our system so that we can automatically process your payment when the campaign ends.
For auctions and pledges, your final payment amount will not be determined until the campaign bid or pledge results have been finalized, but it will never exceed the maximum donation amount you’ve specified. At the end of the campaign, we’ll send you an email letting you know that your payment has been processed and provide you with your final payment amount.
We take your security seriously. Your card information is never stored or saved on RallyUp’s website or servers.
