What to do if your credit card is declined

A credit card can be declined for a number of different reasons, such as a discrepancy in your card information or security measures placed by your bank.

The credit card processor doesn’t provide RallyUp with transaction details when they’re unable to authorize a card, because that is privileged information that is available only to you.

We recommend contacting your bank; they’ll be able to provide you with more details about the declined transaction and/or information about how to troubleshoot the issue.
